What are we getting from our Salesforce partnership?




Sales leaders I speak with are often unsatisfied with the ROI of their partnership with Salesforce. I am always interested to understand what their expectation is. A few of my favorite responses are:

  • Salesforce field does not help us
  • They don't insert us into every account
  • It's hard to get their attention

The biggest misconception about the Salesforce Ecosystem is when leaders believe that they will finally get their app on the appexchange and there will be a windfall of leads from current Salesforce customers and inquiries from interested AEs and SEs about how to help sell their app.
