Work with us
One workflow at a time, starting with a call.
We do not sell packages or seats. Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation about the work your team is doing by hand, and whether a system should be doing it instead.
How it starts
01
A call about the work
Thirty minutes on what your team does by hand today and where it hurts. No deck. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so on the call.
02
One workflow, scoped
We pick the narrowest workflow that earns back real hours, and write down what it does, what data it touches, and what it costs to build. You own that spec whether or not we build it.
03
Build, then widen
We ship the first workflow in weeks, not quarters. It has to earn its keep before we scope the next one. Code, prompts, and data stay yours throughout.
What we take on
Three kinds of work, usually in this order. Build is the systems themselves: workflows, data pipelines, and copilots that do the repeatable work. Measure is the instrumentation a function is missing: scorecards, pipeline analysis from the raw data, reporting leadership can act on. Operate is hands on the motion when you need them, fractional operating leadership for go-to-market and partnerships rather than a plan handed over the wall.
Most teams start with one narrow build. The case studies are the honest version of how those went, including what we would do differently.
Who it’s for
CROs, COOs, VPs, and the operators who report to them, at companies where the go-to-market motion is real and the manual work has become the bottleneck. We work best with people who have a specific problem in mind rather than a mandate to “do something with AI.”
We are small on purpose. That means we take on a handful of engagements at a time, and it means the person you talk to on the first call is the person who does the work.
